All importers and exporters with an annual threshold of at least P20 000.00 or more are required to formally register with BURS (Customs & Excise Division) and will be allocated a unique Trader Identification Number (TIN). TIN Application Form

All Clearing agents are required to register irrespective of the threshold.

One must be registered with BURS/Tax to get a TIN
